Otopeni airport, Bucharest (Romania) After more than 10 years of uninterrupted, trouble-free operation of the OPTIMUS SMP92 System installed at the Otopeni Airport (Romania), the works of replacing and upgrading this former and extremely reliable system have started. The new system will be based on the state-of-the-art OPTIMAX system, ideal for distributed installations that require transmission of Data + Audio over TCP/IP networks. The installation will include also elements like the DVA-100, that serves both as a digital voice announcer and also as a gateway to interface with some already existing analogue equipment. | Danish Railway MRT's 34 stations, (Denmark) NORDIVOX, the Danish Distributor and partner with OPTIMUS for the Scandinavian Railway Projects, has been awarded by Banedenmark, the Danish Railway Authorities, for the supply of the P.A. Systems for 34 regional Stations. The system is based on the OPTIMAX system, for PA/VA transmission over IP Networks. | Bucharest metro, Bucharest (Romania) ROMAUDIOVIDEO, the Romanian Distributor for OPTIMUS, has been chosen by UTI SYSTEMS – system integrator for Dynamic Information of Passengers System covering Audio & Video information systems, destined to cover 22 underground railway stations in Bucharest – as a partner. The system is based on OPTIMAX series, for PA/VA over IP Networks. The transmission is made over fiber optics. Each station includes a DVA-100, Digital Voice Announcer, a number of UP-366ETH active digital amplifiers, a spare UP-366ETH amplifier and a COU-ETH automatic changeover unit. It also includes an Ethernet microphone desk DC-600ETH and an emergency microphone MD-94R12 with the highest priority.

| AXD SERIES: PA AMPLIFIERS The AXD series amplifiers are used in any type of permanent PA systems to distribute music and priority paging. Feature 50 V, 70 V and 100 V outputs and low impedance, power depends on the model (30, 60, 120 and 240 W), priority paging, security paging relay and the possibility of incorporating a phone paging connection card or a pre-recorded MP3 message card controllable via front panel keypad or external switches. | | IX-100: IP AUDIO & DATA TRANSCEIVER IP transceiver with a high quality audio channel, an asynchronous serial data channel and eight no-voltage contacts ON/OFF channels. The equipment is specially designed for IP paging broadcasting, and can also be used in intercom and access control systems, tunnels and all those facilities that are required to transmit high quality audio signals, serial data or contacts.
